As a Northern Virginia native, my football team is the Redskins. I really just watch football for the beer and seven layer dip, but occasionally, I get into the game and root for my home team.
One fateful gameday, an unusual 65 degrees in November, I decided to go all out and rock the burgundy and gold to support the Skins. Personally I think I looked a bit like a vintage Redskinette, but they actually demolished the Saints (14 – 47) that day. Maybe it was a good luck charm?
I’m a huge fan of high waisted skater skirts, especially since they pair so well with crop tops. I picked this crop top up from a Memorial Day sale at H&M, but it’s their Divided brand, so I’m sure it’s still available! I’ve linked a similar (and longer) sweater below.
