Ever since I moved to the city, I’ve kept fresh flowers in my apartment. Growing up, my mom always had bouquets around the house, so I guess I picked it up from her! Something about having vases filled with pretty flowers around my home makes me feel like more of an adult and picking up a fresh bouquet on my way home from work if I’d had a meh day always makes me feel better.
