It’s hard to believe it, but Valentine’s Day is less than a month away! Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of the holiday, I can’t even remember what the manfriend and I did for it last year! I think we just stayed in and made pasta? There was probably definitely wine involved, too but we don’t make a big hoopla out of the day. The one thing that I do get excited about for Valentine’s Day is the possibly of getting some pretty flowers that I would never buy myself. I love roses but I always seem to buy the cheap flowers and stick to carnations, daisies, and sunflowers, so it’s always a very nice surprise when Gerald gets them for me.
Pro tip — it’s way cheaper to order Valentine’s Day flowers in advance as the price of roses gets jacked up closer to the holiday.
