Fur vests are my favorite winter accessory, they’re an effortless way to pull your look together and can be a great alternative to jackets on warmer days. I threw this outfit together in 3 minutes while running out the door to work one day, and the vest definitely makes it look like I put more effort into the outfit.
I pair my vests with anything from shift dresses to skirts and love the way they look tossed on over a sweater. I’m not a massive fan of sweaters, so I think that vests help dress them up a little bit more and turn something that could be boring into something glam. When shopping for vests, I tend to gravitate towards ones that have pockets, great for storing your Metro card on the train or keeping your hands warm while out and about. This vest is from H&M, and for only $40.00, looks expensive and doesn’t shed! I got it last year, but it’s still available in both gray/black and brown!
